DVR Recordings not showing up in my Library on the app

All of my recordings after the 25th of March, 2024 have not moved over to the library on my Directv app. How do I get them to show up there?

When you say moved over......what device were they originally recorded on? Do they show up in the library on the Dtv Stream website?

All of our recordings are on our DVR at home and we (husband and I) have always been able to access them through the app when we travel for our jobs both on our phones AND the Rokus we travel with. That all stopped late the week of the 18th of March. We are home now and have deleted several of the older recordings but they are still showing up on the app and NOTHING has been added to the app of the many recording we have scheduled since the 25th of March. This is very frustrating because it has worked perfectly for the past 2 years and now nothing:(

DirecTV Stream does not support external DVR devices. Recording are stored on the cloud. Are you sure you have the DirecTV Stream service or DirecTV? They are 2 separate services that are not related.

"Our DVR" but you never said what device specifically??  Stream or Satellite?

Our home Direct Tv DVR. The app accesses it when I enter the library and have always been able to watch the shows we record at home on my remote devices through the app. Why has that changed all of the sudden?

If you have satellite service, then you do not have DirecTV Stream service. The 2 are totally different and not related. DirecTV Stream (this forum) only supports cloud storage of content - not an external DVR.

Moving to the DirecTV Satellite Forum. 

The DirecTV App can only stream recordings to devices on your home network.

That has not been the case for the past 2 years. I have only not been able to access them remotely in the last 2 weeks.

I am an avid tennis watcher and I travel for a living. The only way I could keep up with my tennis was to watch/listen to the previous days matches on my phone or the Roku I travel with through the library. I have done this for the past 2 years with absolutely NO issues. If my husband was home and recorded the Voice on a Monday, I could access it through the Library later that same evening, no problem. This all stopped in just the last 2 weeks so something different is going on here.

I know it was through the library because previously aired sports events are not accessible through the ON Demand Feature.

You've been very lucky. Out-of-home streaming from DirecTV DVRs has not been supported for several years now. It's only supported when connected to the same home network as your DVR. Sorry it's no longer working for you.
