DVR not playing next RECORDED episode. It defaults to On-Demand and records next in series instead.

I have many episodes of Paw Patrol on my DVR.  I only have the ones recorded that my son enjoys.  When he is watching an episode, instead of it going to the next already recorded episode on my DVR, it tries to record (from On Demand and wants to charge as well) the next episode in the series.  Once it starts to do that, my screen goes black and I have to turn my TV off and back on so go in and stop the recording and delete it.  Super annoying!  It didn't use to do this.  I just want the next episode that I already recorded to play.
