It is a pleasure to assist you today, we are sorry you are not able to access to your channel, some channels are unavailable due to broadcaster restrictions. However, you watch your shows on the GO as long as you are connected to Internet data or Wi-Fi, you can see your DVR recordings on My Library. At this moment we are working to improve the features of the app, we will take your feedback to download the DVR recordings and be able to watch it at any time no matter where or when.
