Natural disasters can include: 

·        Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, floods, storms, lightning strikes and other events occurring in nature.

Severe Weather Channels provide our customers up-to-the minute weather coverage:

• Severe Weather Mix Channels: 361-362, and DIRECTV via Satellite News Mix Channel 71
• Weather coverage is provided, depending on programming, by The Weather Channel, AccuWeather, Severe Weather Channel, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and BBC World News.

DIRECTV not working?

• DIRECTV via Satellite: Streaming the same live TV and on demand programming is available anywhere from the DIRECTV App.
• DIRECTV via Internet: Requires a high-speed Internet connection, customers are able to stream from anywhere as long as there is high-speed Internet connection available.

* DIRECTV cannot guarantee service will work when a customer uses a personal generator for power.
