DIRECTV Escalations Department

Call this phone number below and let me know if you can understand the person who answers the call. Seems like DIRECTV knows how to tell Customers what they want to hear but can never live up to the promises they make to their Customers.  Almost sounds like a buy / sell / trade / take Customer's money for profit and then laugh about it in the company break room. Not sure what type of English they train these people with. It sounds like a box of silverware falling down the stairs. Getting paid to lie to customers is quite sad and pathetic.

The person who called me from that number said their name is Kennedy with DIRECTV Escalations team. This person has called me several times and said they work for DIRECTV.  They said they are in the PERKS department. How do I report them?

As DTVhelp says they don't work for DTV so how can they do anything to them.

Now you know to be more careful when answering calls you aren't expecting, or from unverified sources.

DirecTV's support page on these kind of situations currently includes a way to report scams you've received.
