Are you a previous or current DirecTV or ATT subscriber? Are you using the same credentials for the services? Can you log in to your account online?

Current AT&T and yes I can log in. I open the app and it takes me to a screen that has the scroll of previous channels and then there’s a two arrows and under that it says guide. I can’t navigate through any of the screens there’s no cursor nothing
