Directv app not working when signed in Black screen
When I sign in all I get is a black screen on the app. Worked yesterday. Felted app and downloaded again and the same.
My wife said that she was kicked out and had to sign in again and she gets the black screen.
Anyone else having the same with app?

Just checked on my tvs.
Kicked out of the app and had to sign in again
Shows directv logo with spinning circle likeIit is loading and nothing happens.

Same issue here. We have been on the phone with Directv for the last 3 days and no one is able to help. Just tried signing in on my phone and got Care Code 600.

There's something very strange going on with Directv. We were told that we could no longer watch home news stations (Cleveland) while we're in Georgia even though we have been doing it for the last two years. All of our tvs switched to Jacksonville news this week. Last night, one of our 3 tvs diverted back to Cleveland news. Our daughter is streaming from South Korea. She says that sometimes she is able to get Cleveland stations 50% of the time; it's hit or miss.

We were using the same log in for AT&T and Directv. Changed the Directv login and we were able to get in. However, we lost our Cleveland stations. Not sure what happened too bring them back on one tv.

Some of us have never had att for any other services so having two different logins won't matter for us.
This is a directv technical issue that does not just affect those with other att services.
I am frustrated but almost used to issues with the app over the last 3 years or so. Kind of numb to all of this by now.
1.Your choice is call and get no where
2.Continue to pay for your service and live with it
3.Look around for another service and cancel directv

I have seen posts where people have cancelled service and restarted but this isn't an option for us because we're grandfathered into programming.
Have you tried changing your login and password?

Northernlights30, You aren't kidding about getting no where with calling in. Directv is wasting money with these call centers. They serve no purpose but to frustrate the customer even more.
