directv app error, looks like we ran into some trouble loading this content. please try again in a bit

I am trying to stream this on my phone through the app. This is annoying. I just switched to Directv from dish and half tempted to switch back already.

Closed and reloaded many times and restarted phone.

I am streaming channel 662 which is Bally Great Lakes. Right now the baseball game is on. It goes for about 5 min and then I get that error.

I have Directv through internet w/2 yr contract.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled it. I also dropped the stream quality down to try and help with that as well. I have never once had an issue with the Dish app streaming so I'm not sure its internet quality.

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried watching on other devices, and are they having the same error?

Then you are a DirecTV subscriber and not a DirecTV Stream subscriber which is the purpose of this forum. The 2 are different subscription based services.

Ok well it says DIRECTV Community Forums. Not DirecTV stream.
