DirectTV Channels ALL BLACK

My internet is working verified by connecting to internet on laptop; iPhone & Streaming channels Hulu, Netflix are working

Channels are black. I can see Guide, Menu and I can navigate

SOURCE INPUT is correct.

Cables are connect

Remote is functioning

Do you have DirecTV (satellite, but with optional On Demand/internet features) or DIRECTV STREAM (internet only)?

What device/box are you using to watch DirecTV?

Any error message?

The internet status will not matter as service is by satellite and it is not an HDDVR to take advantage of On Demand.

Seeing the guide and menu verifies you are on the correct input/source and the box is communicating with the TV.

Verify the coax coming into your H25 is finger tight. Then do a red button reset. I would also log into your account online to refresh service authorizations. This way both the hardware and what it is instructed to have available are refreshed.

If that doesn't work, do you have other boxes and are they having the same problem? Did anything change before the problem started? Can you press info on the channel you are on to get information on what program should be on? Is the audio playing?
