DirectTV App not working

I have Directv Satellite (not Directv Stream) and I had been using the app while I was awaiting the installation with NO ISSUES. Now I Only Have pro premium Channels. I Was On The Phone With Directv On Sunday For Hours, But No Answer Was Provided other than some (Edited per community guidelines) about engineers working on it.

My app on the TV and phone still do not contain any of normal channels, they all say they are locked due to contractual obligations.  I called again to escalate the issue but still haven’t gotten a fix. When will you fix my app.  I have already tried logging out and uninstalling the app so don’t give me that crap of an answer.

Eventually my main box updated and the app started working properly. It was probably close to 2 month after getting it installed that it worked. In the Meantime I was able to download the individual apps (TNT, CW, etc.) and log in using DIRECTV 


NEED HELP?
