DirectStream 4k channels missing on fire tv cuber

Channels 105 and 106 are sometimes there but very inconsistently. For example, channel 105 dissapeared on the day of the Super Bowl. All the other 4k channels never show up in the guide despite being included in my package. After a channel disappears, I can still see it in the recent channels list but if I select the it I get the message that I need to subscribe to watch  it. 

I have reseted my firetv cube, deleted and reinstalled the app but it didn’t help. 

Is this something that can be fixed?
