DIRECT TV NOT WORKING

I have not had Direct TV for 2 days

PLEASE HELP!!  You are charging me for this but it does not work

My Internet works

Netflix works

Disney + works

DIRECT TV not working

Call DTV back to get a tech out, You are still covered by their 90 day warranty.  Just to make sure DTVs 99 sat went out yesterday causing a nationwide outage that is now fixed.

Streaming services have nothing to do with DTV working or not.

DirecTV is by satellite, so your Internet, Netflix, and Disney+ working would not be relevant.

Is your entire DirecTV out or just certain channels? (In the last day, DirecTV had a nationwide outage regarding locals because of a satellite positioning problem. That should be fixed now.)

What happens when you try to use the service (symptoms, error message, etc.)?

Model of boxes and do you have the problem on each one?

Have you tried anything to fix the issue (red button reset, etc.)?

Also we are not charging you anything. This is a public forum of customers.
