Direct TV dish
I recently upgraded to a smart TV . Direct TV upgraded all my hardware equipment. Since than I get a sixty second delay when changing channels. Direct TV has changed out my Genie tower and internet box three times to no avail. The Direct tv techs that have come to my house ( four times )tell me its a problem on Direct TV home end and Tech support tells me its a problem on my home equipment side. Meanwhile I have to live with this MESS!!!!!

You were upgraded to the Genie-2 (HS17) and only Clients (Mini Genie or Gemini)?
How many Clients do you have?
What are the models of each Client box?
That was 4 tech appointments since the upgrade?
Is this happening with both satellite and On Demand channels?
What "internet box" has been swapped?
As your topic mentions the dish, are you having another problem?

We appreciate you for sharing that information @Juniper. We tried sending a DM to the user @drwilliams. However, there are instances that the DM option is unavailable on our end. If you are experiencing the same issue, you may also post a new thread or mention @DIRECTVhelp in a comment, and we'll help you resolve it. Jerald, DIRECTV Community Specialist
