Damages by Directtv technician

A Directtv technician drilled several holes in the ceiling and cut a large whole in one of my walls while trying to install cable boxes. It has been over a month now. I have been on the phone for hours only to get transferred from one department to the next without any results or ended us listening to the annoying music. I have given pictures to both Directtv/AT&T supervisor and managers, nothing still has been done. I logged into the sedwick account  and it says the claim is closed. How can that be when nothing has been done. This is ridiculous.

Your best bet is filing a BBB complaint. As this is a public forum full of customers just like you, we wouldn’t be able to assist with the damage claim.

Sedgwick is a joke. I’m having issues with their claims adjuster who will not respond to emails & phone calls. This is going to become a legal matter. I refused to be another one of their victims. Sedgwick is doing the job Directv wants them to do “deny all claims.”
