Can’t watch DIRECTV on my iPad
I can’t watch DIRECTV on my iPad. I can on my TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I get: “we’re having some issues on our end. Give it some time and try again signing again later. Care Code: 500”. This has been going on for several weeks.

Are you able to log into your directv app on other devices such as a phone or streaming device? Have you tried ensuring that your iPad is updated to the latest iOS version along with the directv app being fully updated?
