Cannot load DirecTV App - telling me I can't resubscribe online
Background: I am a former DirecTV Stream user that now has Directv satellite service. I have several devices (2 x Fire TV, 2 x Roku, 1 x AppleTV) and was able to load and log into the DirecTV app and stream live TV -- and I thought this was an amazing feature. I loaded on 1 fire stick, 1 roku and my Apple TV with no issues.
Today, I go to log onto my other fire stick and other Roku and it immediately kicks into DirecTV Stream mode thinking I was a subscriber there (which I was but am no longer). It gives me an error and tells me that I can't "resubscribe" online and to contact DirecTV if I want to reactivate my subscription.
I don't understand why it worked on half of my devices and the other half its not. Any help or ideas? I don't think I'd have this issue if I had never signed up for DirecTV Stream.

Did you use the same email for your DirecTV Satellite account as your Stream account? That can cause issues like this.
