Cannot apply for. Credit

When. I go to the promise website, follow. Instructions, get to the directv art website,there is no apply for credit option.

No problems claiming the credit. Just check again, and the procedure was flawless. Not sure what you are referring to, the "art website".

At account portal there is no place to apply for credit

At account portal? On the tvpromise site you enter service, zip code, and county. Next page you hit the service you selected. Next page, you enter your email address for the credit and hit select. Do you get that far?

What device and browser are you using to claim the refund?
