Can I watch regional sports (Dodgers Sports Net LA) on the DTV Streaming App when I'm traveling?

Sports Net LA now has a streaming app that should allow you to use you DTV streaming login.  I don't know anything about the DTV app being able to stream the games outside of the home market or if the Sports Net LA app does either.
