Black Screen on Application
I was logged in and kicked out of the application on 2/21/2025, when I logged back in it was a black screen. I have cleared cache, data, unloaded the application and reloaded application still the same result. The technical support team stated they have an on going issue and not logging tickets for this. I need to know how to fix this at we use the app quite often.

This automated response is not acceptable because if you read my issue you would see that I have deleted and installed the app. I have also deleted the data and cache. This issue has come about with the release of the new app on January 13th. I still am running the previous version of the app and not having issue. Any device which has been updated to the new application is having the issue.
This is a customer facing issue and I am shocked at the response of Directv how it has not been prioritized. It seems that Directv would take more of an urgent stance to fix customer facing issue than what the company is showing. Looking at other posts this issue has been going since January release of the application.

When DTVhelp sends a PM/DM a box appears at the top of this page near the bell icon when you are logged in. This is not a chat room.
