Are All Subscribers going to be forced to pay Fox News ?
FOX CHARGES all of us over twice as much as cnn and 4 times as much as msnbc! Enough! We should be able to opt out. I've been with DTV for years but Fox promoted a rebellion against the US government and I shouldn't be forced to subsidize. Give us an opt out or I'm bailing.

Bye then, the content providers packages their channels all the TV providers can do is pick which one. All TV providers have it so good luck with your local channels OTA.

What do you mean "going to be"? It isn't new. Fox News is in all but the Family package, so the majority of subscribers already pay for it.
Channel owners package themselves to ensure all their channels are carried. This is how the industry is set and TV providers really have no choice in the matter. All we can do is choose the package that best suits what we enjoy.
If you bail over this, then prepare for no pay TV provider.

There was no defending of the channel so next time read with a clear head. Simply explained the reality of the situation that based on your opening post you were a bit oblivious to.
As viewers we would prefer al-a-carte in theory, just to pick and choose the exact channels, but the risk is that channel owners would vastly increase their costs as opposed to spreading it out across a larger variety of options. In the end this is how the industry is built. Not saying I like it, only all we can do is work within the options available.
