Apple TV App

I recently purchased a new Apple TV and now the DIRECTV app will not work. It’s stuck after logging in on select service Stram vs Satellite. Please help

First thing to try is deleting and reinstalling the App. Are you a satellite or streaming customer?

Have done that multiple times. And also have changed user name and password. Satellite customer.

I did have a Stream account that was 

cancelled back in 2021 but it’s still showing in my profile.

You'll want to use a different email address for our DirecTV Satellite account. Their systems get confused if Stream and Satellite have the same login.
