AMC Plus on demand is suddenly unavailable AGAIN!
Two weeks ago, AMC + on demand was completely missing from the channel grid and I was unable to access it. I called tech support and they couldn't figure it out, but it reappeared a couple of days later. Now, when I try to access it, I get a message that it's currently unavailable. What's going on? Is this a problem with AMC + or directv?

What is the receiver model? Are you having issues viewing on-demand on other channels? Have you ensured that your subscription to AMC+ is active by going to directv.com and signing in to your online account and looking under 'Manage Package'? Also, your receiver needs to be connected to the Internet (whether wired over Ethernet or wireless over Wi-Fi) at all times for on-demand to work. On-demand also needs at least 48 hours for all of the content to populate and start working (during these 48 hrs your receiver must be connected to the Internet).

My receiver model is a Genie Gen3 Model HR54-700. I also have two wireless Genie minis Model C41W-500. I can get other on demand channels with no problems. I do have an active subscription to AMC +. I am connected to the internet. I was just watching AMC + on demand two days ago with no problem.

AMC problem or an internet problem between them and you, all DTV does is send you to their server for On Demand.
