AccuWeather DVR App

Hi, gwhelan. We're sorry AccuWeather app isn't loading on your TV. What type of receiver are you using? Jason, DIRECTV Community Specialist

HR54/700 and a HR24 both are Dvrs

Your receivers must be connected to broadband internet.

Here are the steps on how to access the Interactive TV App

-Press the RED button on the remote when on Channel 361.
Or
-Press the right arrow on the remote to launch the TV Apps dock and select AccuWeather from the list.
- When the app launches, navigate between options.

Did you not read my post, the other 4 apps are working fine, I am obviously connected to the internet.

Thanks, I use the accu weather app constantly, and rely on it for daily and weekly planning for my outdoor activities. The weather channel app  does not have enough granular info for that use.
