On top of purchasing a 4k TV you would either need a C61K or a C71KW-400 (Gemini).
Currently there are 4 or so 4K channels, one of which is a PPV channel, another is a live sports broadcast, etc. They are located in the 103-110 range of channel numbers.

You also need an HR54 Genie or the HS17 Genie2 to get the 4K channels.

I believe Disney+ has 4K for some programming.
Max also has 4k, but it'll very soon be an additional cost.
