4K viewing stopped working on 4K TV

I have an HR54 connected with the C61K to my Samsung Q 90 4K TV. I have recently lost the capability to view in 4K. When I go to a broadcasted or a dedicated 4K program I am getting a message that is stating that my TV is not 4K. I have reset both receivers numerous times

What receiver are you attempting to watch 4K on? What channel number? Have you tried a red button reset (side by the access card) ?

Things to try - using your remote on the hr54 First -Menu -Setting -Video - redo the Settings for the Format select only 1080i -and 1080p as the Hr54 only has a HDMI 1.4 output.

Then Change your TV input to the C61K and redo the Video Settings for 1080i & 1080p & 4k.

After doing that try channel 104 does it work? if not - on the hr54 use your remote -Menu - Search - TYPE -CLEARMYBOX -Search -then Search all --The receiver will reboot when your TV picture returns -go the c61K and try channel 104 again.

(NOTE) after Doing CLEARMYBOX -you will not lose any recordings - it will take 24 to 48 hours for the full 14 day guide to return and the VOD to fully return.
