DirecTV is a TV service. It does not provide internet. If you want internet then check with a local internet provider.
Just be aware that you are requesting internet, not WiFi as that is just a wireless connection between devices. For example my computer can connect to my printer by WiFi without having internet at all.
If you are looking to get internet than you contact a local internet provider.
If you want WiFi then your devices must have WiFi built-in.
You can have internet without WiFi. Just want to make sure you get the correct information for what you want. But either way you're not going to get it from a TV service.
