Worthless equipment (

keep having to REPEATEDLY reset receiver on one tv. Have been at it for three hours now and still no picture. Apparently ATT has no customer service contact number or people to answer it. One wonders why they have an alleged customer “service” sight.

Try ok + down arrow at the same time with the box unplugged. Continue holding ok + down arrow and plug in power, wait for all three lights to flash three times then let go of the buttons. Pray while the screen shows the loading gear.

Forcing a factory reset will only help if there’s a valid link to att backend servers.

This website is customer-to-customer. Very few employees read it and those who do read it choose to answer on their own free time.

As said, make sure the box is plugged in while resetting.
