Wireless U-Verse receiver not working

Nothing can get my bedroom TV to receive a U-Verse signal. No reconnection routines can be initiated on the TV. Cable box light blink randomly when not in use.

I THINK I NEED A NEW BOX!!

Equipment dies.  Call CS at 1-800-288-2020.  A replacement receiver will be sent for a self-install. You should receive an email with instructions to return the bad one.

Good luck with getting the correct replacement receiver. I have been trying for than a week to get a replacement wireless receiver, but keep getting sent wrong boxes. It truly is crazy, if I wasn't so frustrated it is actually comical.  I have a VIP 2500 wireless receiver. After hours on the phone with technical support troubleshooting, they determine I need a replacement unit to install myself.  So they send a VIP 1200 receiver (not wireless), this was their first attempt. After another hour on the phone with tech support, they send out another replacement unit, this time I get a VIP 2262 V2 (still not a wireless unit).  Another hour plus today on the phone and they assure me they will send correct unit this time.  I'm doubtful the 3rd time will be the charm...if not right this time, may be time to say goodbye to Uverse...
