Wireless receiver has all blinking lights

I have AT&T uverse and fiber internet. My living room TV works fine. The bedroom receiver has flashing lights. I tried rebooting the receiver.  Still flashing lights.  I rebooted the gateway. Still flashing lights. Now what? I had a power outage for eleven hours after storm.

Did you power off the WAP?  Did you power off the Gateway, the WAP, the DVR and your Wireless Receiver all at the same time, and bring them up  (allowing them to finish startup before proceeding to the next) one at a time (Gateway first, WAP second, DVR third, then other receivers last)?

I am having the same problem. I think a power surge damaged the receiver.

We're glad to assist you with your wireless receiver, @Reen1995

It can be possible that it could be defective or damaged. First we suggest to pay attention to the lights on the Wi-Fi gateway. The color and state of each light on your gateway means something. Here's how to use that info to fix network problems.

If your lights aren’t green, you may have a problem getting a signal or your gateway may be having a problem.
If the Power, Broadband, or Service lights on your gateway are not green, Power cycle your gateway by unplugging the power cord on the unit from the wall outlet, and then wait two minutes before plugging it back in.

If this does not help, we can set up a tech appointment to help get your internet back and running.

We are here if you need further support.
