wireless cable box

only one of our wireless cable boxes does not work.  I think it needs to be replaced.  How do I do this?

800-288-2020 for a replacement. You have 30 days to return the old to any FedEx or UPS. (Wait to get the new one and then take the old one back in the same box. They'll seal it up and do the rest.)

How do you know it needs to be replaced?  Have you tried rebooting your equipment, @hflaigle ?
