Why won't my wireless TVs work after a power outage?

I have reset my gateway, modem, unplugged tvs, box, etc. Followed every direction from ATT but my wireless TVs are not working. It says "input not found" but they were working before Hurricane Ida. Another odd thing; my password (from the gateway) will no longer work on the gateway page. It keeps saying wrong password.

1) "input not found" sounds like your TV isn't seeing signal from the Receiver at all.  So, I wonder if the Receiver cable to the TV is still connected?  Is the TV Input still set to the input the Receiver is connected to?  Are there any lights on the Receiver?

2) You may wish to do a factory reset on your Gateway.  That should return the system password to the value on the sticker.

I did the factory reset. One TV is Vizio and the other Sanyo. I called ATT and there is a sync problem so they are sending out a tech.

It's possible the storm damaged one or both of the wireless receivers or gateway or wireless access point.  The u-verse equipment is extremely sensitive to power issues, such as brownouts and surges.  It's also possible there is a line issue caused by storm, if you are experiencing other issues.
