VIP2500 not working
VIP 2500 receiver. All lights are lit. No Signal message on TV screen. Have attempted non-disaster recovery procedure several times. Tried disaster recovery procedure. If the box is powered on, all lights stay lit. The power button does nothing. To cut power, must unplug from the back of the unit.
Any ideas?

All lights are lit, including the power button light?
When you push the power button, nothing at all happens, the power light doesn't change?
When doing the Disaster Recovery, does anything appear on the screen?

Since this is a receiver and not a DVR, I'd be more inclined to call for a swap.
