Vip 2250 receiver and the replacement VIP 2262 both lose signal
I have four TVs, 3 have wireless receivers, I do not have a problem with these. The problem is with the receiver that is hard wired via ethernet cable. The VIP 2250 receiver has been replaced with a VIP 2262, the problem still exist, it will have signal loss after a minute or so it will return. Or I can change to a different channel it will be fine, change the channel back to the station where the signal was lost it will be fine. The (units) will lose signal on any channel. I have put the ethernet cable into a different jack on the router no change, used a new ethernet cable no change, moved the ethernet cable to an ethernet bridge no change.
It looks like this is a major problem that can't be resolved.
Any ideas.

I have found my problem, I had mentioned that my wireless receivers were not affected but they are. All of the TVs and receivers are affected. What I have found is that I have a second router which I needed to assist an internet radio or WiFi radio. When I unplug the second router all TVs and receiver work as they should. The second router talks to the AT&T Gateway router for internet access. So now how do I remedy this. I could unplug the second router everyday but that would be a pain. Need to think of another plan. Some neat little power switch would be nice. This radio is in our bedroom. About fifty feet separate to two routers.

Further resolution is that I changed the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels in the AT&T Gateway router to different channels. That did it.
