Have you tried swapping anything such as port on tv used, the cable between the receiver and tv, or swap receiver locations.
As have sound but no picture….
the four possibilities are cable issue between devices, port issue on receiver, port issue on tv and the tv picture tube is bad, especially if tv is more than 5 years old.
Just my thoughts…
if have a small tv, place it near the problem tv and move cable to the test tv… if works issue is your tv… that saves you a $99 service call for a tech to tell you your tv is bad.

Have you rebooted the receiver? Unplug it, wait 30 secs., return plug.
