uverse wireless receiver

all the sudden, my tv is just a blue screen.... ATT loves to give the run around.  On the receiver it says contact att.com/uverse....that goes to a sales pitch.  Next I google and get uversecentral.att.com and it says "no information for this page", I click on it and get the home page for ATT login!  finally in the forum, I get a phone number, which I hate to call for various reasons.... now they're sending a wireless receiver and I won't get it until the 26th?   They really are doing their best to get rid of us with UVerse!
