Uverse Remote Controls
On January 10th I called AT&T Technical Assistance regarding two remote controls that were no longer working...certain buttons such as the "pause", "0", and "4" buttons weren't working. They said they would send me two replacements.
On February 17th the order (which just showed my existing service, nothing about remotes) showed as completed and I had not received the remotes so I called again. They said they had made an error and entered a new order. I was supposed to receive them on Feb 27th. Ever since then, my "order" has shown it is to be completed the following Monday and then when Monday arrives, my order shows it has been pushed out to the next Monday. I have called AT&T customer service at least 3 times since I first ordered the remotes and get the same excuses described in other posts on this forum.
It is now April 3rd. When I checked my order this morning it has now been pushed out to April 10th.
I have two remotes with limited functionality that I have been waiting to have replaced for 3 months.
Again, my order shows my existing service and nothing about replacement remote controls.
I would appreciate any assistance.

My order was once again delayed, this time from April 10 to April 17. This has been going on since January 10. I worked with Raiden from AT&T who reviewed the order and noted that it was delayed due to availability issues. It has now been 3+ months since I ordered the replacement remotes and it appears several posters here have ordered and received their remotes within that timeframe. Can anyone suggest an escalation process? Thanks!
