uverse receiver frozen
all lights on my uverse wireless receiver are lit and will not turn off. unplugging power cord and plugging back in does not help.

Either your power supply for that receiver is bad or the receiver itself is bad. If you have another wireless receiver that you can switch power supplies with, you can figure out which, but that really doesn't matter; there's no way to request just a power supply so you have to get a receiver with its power supply.
You need to call 800-288-2020 and have them ship you a replacement wireless receiver.

I’m having the same issue. I’m thinking it’s something wrong with the receiver bc all the others seem to been working.
