Uverse has big ❌ on screen and wont work
I recently had to have my U-verse upgraded to fiber optic cables. It seemed to work at first, but now I have a big red x on the screen and cannot get Uverse to load on 1 TV. The DVR is not available on either TV. Desperate for any help to troubleshoot this. Thank you!
