U-VERSE GATEWAY ISSUE

TV DISPLAYS LARGE RED X--PRESSING REMOTE KEYS OR REBOOTING DOES NOT CHANGE ; ATT DIAGNOSTICS INDICATES "GATEWAY OUT OF SYNC OR OFFLINE"   A CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESULTED IN A SCHEDULED CALL BACK TOMORROW.   ANY SUGGESTIONS?

We understand that you're having trouble with gateway out of sync error, we're here to help GMO48.

  • Have you tried rebooting your gateway? If not we suggest that you try rebooting the gateway to clear the logs.
  • How long have you been getting this error? This will help us locate the problem.
  • Also, is your internet working at the moment or is this just related to the TV? Please let us know
