Unburied wires, rolled up unused wires, previously used utility box.

AT&T recently completed an upgrade to their utility box and left rolls of wire, wires hanging from utility poles, dilapidated utility box. Inquiring on how to get this matter resolved and cleaned up.

You can report the unburied cables and exposed wires following these steps:

  • Give us a call at 800-288-2020
  • If you have AT&T service, provide your account information and say, “Line is down.”
  • If you don’t have AT&T service, say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”
