Transfer of Service With Router

I have at&t SERVICE IN ADDRESS [EDITED] Custer Rd.  This service with a router was previously at [EDITED] Custer Rd, #.  Both apt's are in the same apt complex.  I had to discontinue service at #[EDITED]and re-open at #[EDITED] which physically transferred the router from one apt to another.  I have recvd 2-letters with instructions for how to return my router.  Please notate my account does not need any return of the router.  Thanks.
