Trade In Old DVR - At Least 10-15 years old
Our DVR Cisco IPN4320 is having to be reset more often, seems to be responding sluggishly, and limited space with todays HD shows. AT&T had mentioned on last service call years ago, it would eventually need replacement. Now it is time. I can not find a link anywhere on the website about trading DVRs and if there will be any costs incurred. Please help.

There should be a sticker on the front of it with a phone number, but here it is anyway.

And if you have any other silver boxes that are acting sluggish, trade them in too. There won't be a fee, but the new ones will be mailed via UPS or FedEx for a self-install. Take the old box(es) back to any UPS or FedEx store and they'll seal them up and ship them back.

And furthermore to add to what @baseballisback said, you will lose all your recordings. The replacement unit will also be a used box, albeit newer than what you have.
Uverse tech is essentially unchanged, so don’t expect some new earth shattering experience.
