Terrible customer service.

I have the same issue as Jessica Strum’s above issue. Apparently previous owner had a business account which has not been canceled. So I can’t get service. After hours on the phone , I called Xfinity. They are coming tomorrow to set up tv and internet.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad Customer Service experience.  Unfortunately, things like this happen on occasion, and because of the previous person you are now having another company for your TV and Internet services.  Hopefully, they will provide you with good service and that you have no issues.  Good Luck!
