TECH'S THAT LIE SAY YOU WONT BE CHARGED A DISPATCH FEE BUT YOU GET CHARGED
HAS ANYONE HAD A TECH DO A SERVICE CALL AND THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU WON'T BE CHARGED THEN YOU GET YOUR BILL AND THERE IS A $99 DOLLAR CHARGE LOL. I LOSE SIGNAL AT LEAST 8 TIMES A DAY WITH MY UVERSE AND IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 7-8 YEARS EQUIPMENT REPLACED TECHS OUT EVERY MONTH AND STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE. ATT YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Techs are little scam artists, that do patch work knowing very well what they fixed will not work for long.
