TCL S30 remote code
I have a TCL 50" TV.
I found 2 codes that sort of work, they control the volume and power just fine.
And if I press the Inputs button, it brings up the list of Inputs, but I can't use the arrow keys on my S30 remote to choose which one I want.
But I need to be able to change the tv inputs also with the S30 remote.
Anybody know a code?

The input button at the bottom left of the U-Verse remote isn't working, is it?

No, it works.
Like I said, if I press the input button on the bottom of the remote, it brings up the TV's input list, but I can't use my S30 remote to choose which input I want.
I have to use the TV remote for that.
I hate using multiple remotes.

We can help with getting your remote programmed to control your TV, @SirGreenDay!
Using the U-verse TV remote control setup tool, you can control your TV and other devices regardless of which remote you have. Here's all you need to do:
Note: The S20 and S30 remote controls are completely identical in functionality. The only difference is all of the buttons on the S30 model are backlit. Please follow the S20 instructions for the S30 remote.
Let us know how it goes!

@SirGreenDay the way the uverse remotes work for.controlling tvs the directional buttons aren't involved with input selection, they will always only work for uverse set top box functions. On most tvs if you keep pressing the input button on uverse remote it will cycle through available inputs and of you leave it on a selection for anywhere from 1-15 seconds the tv usually switches to it. If when you press input button a 2nd time the menu just dissapears then it's probably not going to work. If that doesn't work you can try other codes for your brand tv, but most likely it just won't work for input switching. The uverse remotes are fairly basic in terms of universal control. I've never tried a tcl but they have worked for input control on samsungs, vizios, and LGs I've programmed.
