Stupid “follow up”
I know I’m just venting, but why does AT&T send these stupid follow up questions? Has anyone ever actually had their service fixed, after talking to a CSR for at least a half-hour, and before a technician has arrived? (Because, of course, no, my service was not fixed!)
“Hi, its AT&T! We did some work on our end and it looks like your service is fixed. Please reply FIXED if everything is now working.”

Let's make sure that technician is able to get your service working again, @amishboy51!
Let's meet in a Direct Message, so we can follow up with you! Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
