Stuck on "U-verse Message Center loading" screen

I have two TVs, living room and bedroom, each with its own receiver. Bedroom TV is working fine. Living room TV is trying to load the message center. I've never seen that before. I have rebooted the router. I have pressed and held the power button on the receiver for 10 seconds, which didn't solve the problem. I unplugged the power cable to that receiver and left it unplugged for 5 minutes. Still no resolution. Meanwhile, the bedroom TV is on and broadcasting the Stupid Bowl, and the rest of the services (internet and home phone) are working as they should. It's apparently just that one receiver attached to the living room TV.
