Sound issues, unable to adjust using remote.

Changed remote to a new one did not change anything.  Would like to have  someone come out for a service call.  I have rebooted the entire system and the specific TV and its box without any success.

Did you run the remote setup via the menu?

Press menu, scroll down to help, then go remote control setup.
