Since updating to iOS 15, I cannot log into the U-Verse app.

I had no problem logging to the U-verse app prior to the update.

We're aware that some customers are unable to sign in and are working to find a resolution. In the meantime, you can sign in through the website.

IOS 15 has been in official release for 6 days.  AT&T has a rather bad track record for having support for the newest IOS release early in the release cycle.  I suggest patience.  And a report of the problem in the AppStore.  That seems to get the most attention.

Same.   I spent 4.5 hours on the phone with customer service over 2 days… just for them to figure out it’s a known problem.

CalebP, I'm really thinking you're not understanding the problem.  What AT&T website could someone log in to in order to watch AT&T U-verse TV?  Oh, right, none.

Sigh.

@shannonii , please use the App Store reporting mechanism to report issues.  A one star rating or two could get their attention.

I cannot log into my U-Verse app - for the past 3 weeks. Have tried deleting, re-installing, etc. Won't work on my tablet or smartphone (Android).

Is the app broken??

@SusanArmyRN is the user id you're using associated only with your AT&T U-verse account, or is it an access ID for Wireless as well?

AT&T and DIRECTV have been redoing the authentication infrastructure due to the split off of the DIRECTV business, and this has caused issues for some users.  Other users continue to use the app just fine.

So many posts about this.  Please look at other threads as well.  A recent suggestion was to unlink your email accounts and then try using your U-verse member ID.  Alternatively, try creating or using a subaccount.  

And contrary to the OP title, iOS version has nothing whatsoever to do with the problem and is merely a coincidence.

I used a current subaccount as suggested and it worked. Interesting to note the other subaccount I have didn’t. So, thanks for the suggestion, gr8sho.

On the linked accounts point, I don’t have them anymore and haven’t for some time. I think I stumbled onto this particular solution a long time back.  I’m not saying this is an additional problem you have, but something to look into.
