U-verse TV? That account would have to be moved and involves also getting an AT&T physical wired connection installed and the receivers.
DIRECTV? That would require a satellite dish and installation thereof, you'd need to contact DIRECTV to move the account. And the receivers would also have to be moved to the new location.
DIRECTV stream? That would require nothing at all to be done over and above you hooking it up.
